Guildford Cathedral Box Office Terms & Conditions

Ticket Purchase and Delivery Tickets may be purchased online until 3.00pm on the Friday before the event.

Customers may choose one of the following delivery options:

• Postal delivery (subject to a £1.00 postage and handling fee).

• Collection from the Cathedral Box Office.

• Collection at the event venue ("On the Door").

Postal delivery is available up to four working days before the event. After this time, tickets must be collected either from the Box Office or at the event. Tickets not collected from the Box Office will automatically be available for collection on the door at the event. If you have selected postal delivery and your tickets have not arrived, please contact the Box Office on 01483 547881.

Conditions of Sale All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed and specific arrangements are announced by Guildford Cathedral. Once purchased, tickets remain the responsibility of the customer.

Guildford Cathedral cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced tickets. Receipt of a booking confirmation acknowledges that your order has been received. A contract for the purchase of tickets is formed when tickets are issued or dispatched by Guildford Cathedral.

Guildford Cathedral reserves the right to amend event details where necessary and to refuse admission in accordance with venue policies.

Any personal data provided when booking tickets will be used solely for administering your booking, providing the services you have requested, and communicating important information about your event.

Your details will be securely stored on our database following a ticket purchase. From time to time, we may contact you with information about Guildford Cathedral events, activities, and news. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may opt out at the time of booking or at any time thereafter.

Guildford Cathedral will not sell, share, or pass your personal information to third-party organisations except where required by law or necessary to fulfil your booking
